What is the School Ministry Team?

The School Ministry Team (SMT) is a leadership team for the school made up of parents and staff to provide support for the mission and vision of our day school ministry.

What is the purpose of the SMT?

The SMT provides guidance and direction for the overall school – for both short-term and long-term plans. The leadership team acts as a managing committee to work with Spencer Peregoy to execute key initiates for the school.

What is the focus of the SMT for this school year?

What and when should we expect to hear from the SMT?

You will receive periodic updates from the SMT or when there is new news that needs to be communicated. The school team annually presents a "State of the School" address prior and in January of the school year.

How does the SMT work with the PTL?

The SMT and the PTL are two separate entities, but keep each other informed about plans and activities. The PTL president is part of the SMT in order to communicate school plans back to the PTL team and to make sure all initiatives work in conjunction with the SMT plans.

If you have any questions regarding the School Ministry Team, please don’t hesitate to call Mike Aufdembrink or Spencer Peregoy.
