Our elementary school consists of kindergarten through fourth grade.  Currently, we have two classes per grade, with the exception of kindergarten and first grade, with three classes.  Our goal is to continue to open three classes each year in kindgarten, thus growing the enrollment to three classes per grade as we progress.  We offer a full-day and half-day kindergarten class with full-time aides to allow for a low 10-1 student-to-teacher ratio.  Our average class size in 1st through 4th grade is 20 students. 

 

Our kindergarten program provides kids with the fundamentals, while providing a loving environment to instill a love of learning.  First and second grades build on the fundamentals of our core subjects, while third and fourth grades focus on building independent students with an individualized project approach to learning. 

The kindergarten and first Grade classrooms are located in the south wing of the facility, separate from the older grades and second through fourth grades are located on the first floor of the newer Next Generation Center. 

  
Our elementary students all have Art, Spanish, Computer, Music and Physical Education weekly - with some special classes two times per week.  Technology is integrated into the curriculum daily through the use of SmartBoards in the first through fourth grade classrooms, as well as a separate computer lab for elementary classes only.  Religion is not only taught as a separate class, but is also reinforced in everything we do.  Our focus is to ensure that our students know and love their Savior, Jesus Christ.  We want every student to develop a personal relationship with Jesus and truly understand what it means to live a Christian life.
